Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve?

Most point-to-point and airport transfers can be reserved with no deposit — you're only charged after your ride. Weddings, proms, and hourly charters typically require a deposit to lock in your date; your concierge will confirm the exact amount when they follow up.

How far in advance should I book?

Airport and point-to-point transfers can often be arranged with just a few hours' notice, depending on availability. For weddings, proms, galas, or party buses — especially on weekends — we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle.

Are child car seats available?

Yes. Rear-facing, front-facing and toddler/booster seats are available. Tell us how many you need and which type when you book — the seat fee is added to your quote, and your chauffeur will arrive with them ready.

What areas do you serve?

All of downtown Chicago, O'Hare and Midway airports, and the surrounding suburbs — from Evanston and Oak Brook to Naperville and Schaumburg. Traveling further out? Ask your concierge; we can usually accommodate it.
